Signature Resources and Elements
A signature is used to validate the authenticity and integrity of a document.
When you insert a signature resource into a Documaker document, it becomes a signature element.
Please note:
- When you insert a new Signature object, a predefined image
will be inserted into the current position of the active document.
- You can create Documaker Signature using Microsoft Signature Line object.
- Signatures are not allowed to be created inside a Field.
- Signatures are not allowed to be created over a Documaker Graphic.
- Signatures are not allowed to be created inside another Signature.
- Signatures are not allowed to be created inside a Paragraph.
- Signatures are not allowed to be created inside a Paragraph List.
- Signatures can be created using the 'Based On...' option.
- Signatures can be created using the 'Based On Selected Section...' option.
